Depends on the which Android Version you are using there will be different methods I will recommend,

Android Marshmallow 6.0.0 and Above (No ROOT)

If your device is running Android 6.0.0 and above upto current Android 7.0 then you should this method,

Fake GPS app
Pokemon GO Official
Pokemon GO Unofficial apk (Use this link to download from apk mirror)

Steps to Install

Install Fly GPS and don't start it yet
Enable developer options and go to settings to select the mock location. Use this link for more help.
Run Fly GPS app

Down on the right click on search button and type your Location, hit enter
Click on the selected location on the map
Select "GPS Service Run"
Then select "JoyStick Location Mode - (Pokemon)"

Install Pokemon go and run it.

Open the installed tutuapp and look for Pokemon GO.
Install the Pokemon go from there.
It is now recommended to uninstall the TuTu app.
Open the Pokemon Go app.
If you face login problem using Google account then create Pokemon Trainer account and login with this account.
