The company on its Twitter handle on Wednesday revealed that the next Moto G - the Moto G (Gen 4) aka Moto G4 - smartphone will be Amazon India exclusive. Coolpad Max India Launch Expected at May 20 Event After launching the Coolpad Note 3 last week, the company has now taken to social media to tease the launch of yet another smartphone in India. Decoding the teaser, it is expected that Coolpad will be launching its flagship smartphone - the Coolpad Max - on May 20 in India. The Coolpad Max was launched in China last year. Apart from having dual-SIM and dual standby support, the smartphone also offers a 'dual-system' feature with a separate external system and a secure internal system for the encryption of the user's calls and texts for added privacy. NEW DELHI: Micromax is hosting an event in Delhi on Wednesday where the company will launch its next budget Canvas smartphone, according to sources close to the company. The upcoming Canvas smartphone will be priced under Rs 7,000 and run on Android Lollipop operating system. The smartphone will have a screen bigger than 4.7-inch and will be powered by a quad-core processor, the sources added. Like the new crop of Micromax smartphones, the new Canvas model will be 4G-capable. As of now there are no other details available on the smartphone. At a price point of less Rs 7,000, the new Micromax Canvas smartphone will compete with the likes of YU Yureka, Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime, Lenovo A6000 and Samsung Galaxy Core Prime.

Motorola’s flagship smartphone dubbed Moto X Pure Edition will be available starting September 3. The device also goes by the name Moto X Style outside the US.  The company made the announcement on Twitter, but removed the tweet randomly. The Verge captured a screenshot of the tweet while it was live. The company also posted the same date on its Google+ account and again, took it down abruptly. The Moto X Style features a 5.7-inch QuadHD display offering a 515ppi pixel density. The phone houses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 SoC with a 1.8GHz hexa-core processor paired with 3GB of RAM.
