Android O developer Preview 2 Brings the Picture and Picture mode for few supported apps like YouTube, Chrome, Duo. This was a part of Android O System UI Tuner but these features are removed from System UI Tuner on Developer Preview 3.  There are two possibilities, Either this is out of beta stage (System UI Tuner are beta features) Or it has been removed from the Android O. Android 8.0 developer preview is already out and it is called as a Android "O". We don't know yet what will be the name as of now. Now lets get started and try to see whether can we root android nougat or not. Android O Developer Preview has been released as a factory image as of now, You can't use Android beta program to get over-the-air update. Android O is in early stage and is not recommended as a daily driver.
