Now you can easily install magisk, do a safetynet bypass and root your android device running Android Oreo O. Its very easy and simple to that. This post won't cover the basic steps in case you are rooting first time. follow the previous video and posts for more information.

Steps to Root Android O

TWRP Installation


TWRP installation is the important step and it can be installed via the help of PC only. You need to install and configure the adb/fastboot or android sdk. Also download the proper twrp as mentioned above. Follow this post for a detailed step to see how to install the TWRP and here is another complete guide of rooting using oneplus 5.

Installing Magisk

After TWRP has been installed successfully, the next step is to install the magisk to root your device. Now as mentioned above my device got stuck in boot loop after installing super su, so take the backup. Once you are inside the twrp, go to the directory where you have copied the magisk zip file, install it and reboot your device (Wipe Cache also).

Once you are back to system, install the magisk manager latest apk as mentioned above. Open the magisk app and do the necessary settings as shown in the video demo.

Final result

Yes we are able to root or Android O.
