• Custom QS v0.5
• Uninstall Zip
• A png background of  resolution 1080*800. 
• Red Background used in demo
• Black Background used in the demo

After applying the mod here is how your device quick settings will look like. See the quick settings panel now black. You can add any wallpaper of your choice.
