OnePlus has a Beta program which is called as a "Open Beta", which gives users earlly access to new features. Users of OnePlus device can now get upcoming features early on their latest devices like OnePlus 3T and OnePlus 3.
There is a new Beta build rolled out for both the latest devices. OnePlus 3 is now running Oxygen OS based Open Beta 11 and OnePlus 3T is running open beta 2. These builds are based on Android Nougat and they carry most of the same features that you can find in Official Oxygen OS 4.0.2 for OnePlus 3 and 3T. Open Beta 11 for OnePlus 3

How to Install
To install the open beta builds you need to download the complete ROM intially at the first time. OnePlus has mentioned in a detailed description on how to install. There are two ways to install.
- First you can use "adb sideload"
- second is "using TWRP".
With adb sideload you dont need ROOT access. With TWRP you have to be ROOTED. Based on your device status you can prefer either way.
