Sygic GPS Navigation now a Universal Windows App in open beta           Microsoft  is betting the future of Windows Mobile on Universal Windows Apps, and  there is some evidence this bet is paying off, not least of those being  the steady arrival of high quality versions of such apps in the Windows  Store.  The latest to make its appearance is Sygic GPS Navigation,  which is now available for free as a beta Universal Windows App, with  the official release slated for next week.
