Samsung Galaxy A8 revealed in leaked render

We lost count of how many Samsung Galaxy A8 rumors, reports, and leaks we have recently seen; we know the specs, we’ve seen the device in leaked pictures and even a video, and all of these hint towards Samsung’s thinnest device yet, built on a metal chassis, with a fingerprint scanner embedded in the home button.

Today’s leak doesn’t bring anything new to the table, except yet another confirmation of things to come.

The Samsung Galaxy A8 we’re allegedly seeing above in this press render is not yet official, but it really feels like we’ve been knowing this phone for quite some time. As a reminder, it should be sub-six-milimeters thing, should cost about $480-$500 unlocked when it becomes available, initially in China, with its 5.7-inch Full HD display, octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 SoC, 2GB of RAM, 16-megapixel main camera, and 3,050mAh battery.

As far as the render, and the device it represents, are concerned, it looks like Samsung is mixing up its newest design philosophy, introduced with the S6/Edge, and the old one, from the Galaxy S3, S4, S5, and Note 4. Let us know what you think, in the comments below!
