Common Trouble Shoot:

Here are some tips that may help you,

If you have installed any previous pixel launcher then uninstall it first and reboot device.
If any feature is not working try to clear app cache and clean data. give all permission and reboot.
If you are not on Android O then settings options will have only "Allow Screen Rotation" option only. Its OK with that. Only the rotation shows up on Android 7 and lower, this is normal. All the features are still working. It's just the way the settings work that ties in with the Android 8 system
Change icon shape feature is limited to Android O.
