Download the zip shown above and extract it.
Install S8 icon and unicon app
Open unicon app
Grant root Access
Reboot phone
Apply the icon pack

Note: Step 4 may not work. In that case reboot your phone before selecting the icon pack. I will suggest to watch the video demo before taking any step.
